Good to know.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card at all. You only pay when you upgrade to Pro — by QRIS, e-wallet, or bank transfer.
Which payment methods can I use?
QRIS, the major e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), bank virtual accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI and more), and Visa/Mastercard — all handled through DOKU.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; Pro runs for one month and you renew when it’s due. Billing is per workspace.
What happens when I hit a limit?
On Free, once you reach a limit (documents, questions, or members) the action pauses until you free up space or upgrade to Pro. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves two months. We also offer student, non-profit, and early-stage startup discounts — reach out.
Is our data isolated?
Every workspace is a separate tenant. One team can never read or query another team’s documents.
